  • Kate could take the title of Queen

On Tuesday, he is to lay a wreath at the Holocaust memorial Yad Vashem, before meeting separately with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Reuven Rivlin.

According to Hello! during a reception at the British ambassador to Jordan's residence in the capital of Amman, Rania Malki, chief executive of Save The Children in Jordan, told Prince William that she knew the house that the Middleton family had lived in, as it's now the home of her children's paediatrician.

A spokesman for the prince, acknowledging the "well-known" and "complex challenges" in the Middle East, said William's tour, like other visits overseas by members of the British royal family, will be non-political.

Prince Louis, the youngest member of the royal family, will be christened in the chapel at St James's Palace on July 9.

He will be the first member of the royal family to visit Israel and the West Bank in an official capacity, and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict will loom large, despite the ceremonial nature of the visit.

Kate is aged four in the picture, while Pippa is around two.

For the 36-year-old William, second in line to the throne, it marks a high-profile visit that could burnish his worldwide credentials.

He will stay with his entourage, including Foreign Office officials, at the five-star King David Hotel in Jerusalem.

Instagram Announces IGTV, Challenging YouTube and Snapchat
Instagram says that as it's on mobile and we use our phones vertically, that's the way their videos should be filmed and watched. The difference between Instagram and IGTV, however, is that the latter pushes vertical videos only and can last up to an hour.

The prince's trip was announced in March and welcomed by Israeli and Palestinian officials.

The trip is at the behest of the British government.

"We know this is not a time when we can celebrate progress in the Middle East peace progress, but we believe that engagement is just as important in challenging times as it is in good times", Philip Hall, Britain's consul general in Jerusalem, told journalists on Monday.

Prince William will also meet with two Holocaust survivors, Paul Alexander and Henry Foner, both survivors of the Kindertransport rescue effort which helped bring thousands of Jewish children from Europe to Britain during World War II.

He was joined by UK's Orthodox Chief Rabbi Ephraim Mirvis during his visit to Yad Vashem.

The visit by the second in line to the British throne has been billed as a chance to bond with Hussein, a fellow graduate of Britain's Royal Sandhurst Military Academy.

Yesterday Prince William hailed Jordan's decision to give refuge to more than 600,000 fleeing war in Syria - as well as Palestinian refugees - as "remarkable".
