Melania's last public appearance was on May 10, when three Americans were released by North Korea.

The procedure was said to be "successful" and she stayed in hospital for five days before returning home.

Still, the tweet itself left a lot of people unconvinced.

Tiffany Trump may not have an eponymous fashion line like older sister Ivanka's, but that doesn't mean she isn't aware of the latest trends.

Her absence from public events she would normally attend has sparked speculation in the USA media and on Twitter.

The White House had said gave no official reason for Melania Trump not going on this trip.
