Facebook having 1.3 billion users, is ideal platform for consumers to chat with business they like.

WhatsApp Business is now free to download on Google Play in Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, Britain and the US.

WhatsApp on Thursday launched the much anticipated WhatsApp Business Android app, which will be free-to-download for small businesses, and make it easier for companies to connect with customers.

With the WhatsApp Business app, businesses can provide their information like working hours, address, and, links to their social media profiles or official website.

Another feature is the ability to access WhatsApp Business messages on desktop, which is important for enterprise customers. After this verification, those businesses will be listed as "Confirmed accounts" and you'll see a green checkmark against their names on WhatsApp. If you own a small business and want to use WhatsApp Business app, you can download it from Play Store and start engaging with your customers on WhatsApp.

ChaiOS Text Bomb Bug Crashes iOS Messages App And Freezes iPhones
But given that it patches the ChaiOS message bug , therefore it's likely that the "fixing" horizon extends to other realms too. That said , someone else may be able to replicate the problem in the future and upload it themselves to reinstate the attack.

The company had previously announced the app's arrival, and begun verifying business accounts as part of its WhatsApp Business pilot program back in September 2017. So, monetising these business accounts maybe the only way for the app to make any money.

What can you do with WhatsApp Business? .

WhatsApp Business - as the app is called - contains a number of features specifically designed for businesses.

Makers of popular instant messaging app WhatsApp announced the official launch of its new app for the business segment in select markets, including Indonesia, Italy, Mexico, the United Kingdom and the USA, ahead of its planned worldwide rollout. Users will also have the control to block and report businesses if they find anything inappropriate.

Business Accounts will be marked to let people know that they're talking to a business. The Facebook-owned company a year ago started working on the business app, which it makes easier for companies to connect with customers. Unfortunately, there's no mention of an iOS version of WhatsApp Business app, but it will probably come later on. WhatsApp also states that its 1.3 billion users across the globe can chat with businesses that matter to them.
