Confirming the news on Twitter, Lana Del Rey has been accused of ripping off Radiohead's 1992 hit "Creep" on her latest "Lust for Life" album. "Although I know my song wasn't inspired by Creep, Radiohead feel it was and want 100% of the publishing", she wrote. Reportedly looking to receive either a compensation deal or songwriter royalties, both artists' legal teams are both attempting to come to a deal to prevent the matter from going to court.

Earlier today Far Out Magazine reported the news that Radiohead's case was built on the comparisons between well-known 90s single "Creep" and Del Rey's track "Get Free".

Del Rey is now enjoying her world tour following the launch of Lust for Life.

Unsafe wind chills expected Saturday; warmer temps Sunday
Hypothermia is also a serious risk; anyone outside is advised to dress as warmly as possible, says the Weather Service. The precipitation was 0.4 inches of snow, pushing the January snowfall total up to 0.5 inches in the capital city.

The Blur guitarist has given his take on the reports that Radiohead are suing Lana Del Rey over similarities of her Get Free song to their 1993 Creep single. The band ultimately admitted this and settled a lawsuit out of court, with Hammond and Hazlewood now included as co-writers on "Creep". "As she was putting it all together and picking songs, it all kind of tied into this theme of 'lust for life'". She will follow up with her performance on Tuesday in Denver.

One of Get Free writers, Nowels has previously told EW of album's creation, "She is a very, very prolific songwriter". He said, "We wrote more than enough songs for the record".
