  • A Powerball lottery ticket is printed in Dallas

Lottery site USAMega.com estimates the federal tax withholding on the $191 million Mega Millions lump sum would be $47.75 million, and state taxes could knock out up to another $16.85 million (with NY the worst offender). Right now, the Mega Millions and Powerball have a combined jackpot of almost $650 million. Winners could become $337 million richer if they hit Wednesday's jackpot, with an option to take home over $210 million in cash. The jackpot has been rolling since October 13.

The Mega Millions pot is worth about $306 million with a $191 million cash option. Just behind that is the $648 million jackpot split by two winners on December 17, 2013.

UCLA QB Josh Rosen Doesn't Want Browns To Draft Him
With Sunday's 20-3 loss to Chicago at Soldier Field, the Browns (0-15) clinched the top pick in next year's draft. As for his National Football League draft status, Rosen, a junior, said he has yet to make a decision.

The next Powerball drawing is scheduled for 10:59 p/m. ET on Wednesday, and 11p.m. ET on Friday for the next Mega Millions drawing. There are several factors for the lack of a victor, including fewer players.

More than $640 million is still up for grabs in the nation's two biggest lotteries, CBS Boston reports. Overall odds of winning are one in 305.5 million for Mega Millions, one in 292.2 million for Powerball.
