WWE Announces First-Ever Women's Royal Rumble Will Take Place

Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon made the massive announcement on the December 18 edition of Raw, declaring that female WWE Superstars will compete for a championship opportunity at WrestleMania 34.
These two matches are the 30-man Royal Rumble and the triple threat main event match of Brock Lesnar, Braun Strowman, and Kane for the Universal Championship, which was announced earlier in the show.
The Raw and SmackDown divisions will compete in the first women's Royal Rumble next month, WWE has confirmed. Women such as Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks and Bayley, collectively known as The Four Horsewomen, showed viewers that they could put on just as good of a show as their male counterparts and even began headlining pay-per-view events, highlighted by a great rivalry with Banks and Bayley.
