Trump vows support to Japan against North Korea

"It's a lot of jobs for us and a lot of safety for Japan".

When they met in NY in November past year immediately after Trump won the presidential election, the two leaders, both avid golfers, exchanged golfing items as gifts. And he implicitly acknowledged his disappointment that Mr. Abe did not shoot down missiles that North Korea recently fired over Japan.

Donald Trump failed to support the Japanese Prime Minister after Shinzō Abe suffered an embarrassing fall during their game of golf. In a press conference, he said that South Korea had agreed to order "billions of dollars" of military equipment, and drew the connection again to jobs for Americans. "We make the greatest military equipment in the world", he said in Japan. But despite the warm remarks on both sides, Trump took a hard-line on trade earlier in the day on Monday, scolding Japan for the "massive trade deficits" between the nations. "We want free and reciprocal trade, but right now our trade with Japan is not free and it's not reciprocal, and I know it will be".

However, it didn't turn out to be a good decision for Abe as he fell head over heels into a sandbunker during the game - and Trump didn't even seem to notice.

Apple Pay Cash launches in beta
The improvements include a person-to-person payment option with Apple Pay on iMessage, as well as the Apple Pay Cash card. According to TechCrunch , Apple is working with Green Dot to power the financial side of the new service.

Trump complained that Japan had been "winning" for decades and rebuked the current relationship, saying the trade deals were "not fair and not open".

While the internet pored over the swing video that President Trump tweeted from their round together, a Japanese television station captured a far more compelling video.

Trump, as he told it, wasn't aware of the protocol against president-elects meeting with world leaders. And you call this best friend LOL?' "That I can tell you", Trump said.

The U.S. leader, who will visit South Korea on the trip, has rattled some allies with his vow to "totally destroy" North Korea if it threatens the United States and with his dismissal of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un as a "rocket man" on a suicide mission. By the time Trump called Abe to wave him off, however, Trump said Abe was already on the plane to NY.
