In an unprecedented bold move, director Ridley Scott, along with Imperative Entertainment's Dan Friedkin and Bradley Thomas have made a decision to remove Kevin Spacey from their finished movie All The Money In The World. The film's release date of December 22nd Stateside is expected to be met with new scenes shot over the coming weeks.

People close to the production who were not authorized to speak publicly said Wednesday that Plummer is commencing reshoots immediately in the role of J. Paul Getty. Scott is also determined to to keep the film's December 22 release date.

All The Money In The World follows the kidnapping of 16-year-old John Paul Getty III (Charlie Plummer) and the desperate attempt by his devoted mother Gail (Michelle Williams) to convince his billionaire grandfather (Kevin Spacey) to pay the ransom.

Plummer was the original choice to play Getty before producers decided a more high profile name would be appropriate.
